Real targets that Department of Homeland Security has purchased. Paying 2 million dollars to http://www.letargets.com/ for them. This is after a fairly recent 2 BILLION round purchases. They buy 2 billion bullets then these targets...note at the time of this post the manufacturer's site is currently down from hardcore traffic (and I suspect they are being actively shut down by internet users)
