Dodge Dealerships

Anyone know someone that works at a Dodge dealership that will program and cut some keys for me that I DIDN'T BUY THERE? I don't want to pay 70 bucks a key, when I can get 2 for 20 bucks shipped on eBay with the chips in them and uncut. That way I only have to pay the reprogramming fee.
