There really isn't much new in the past year dad.

A guy I played baseball with in grade school was shot and killed at a gas station in December. He too had a history and I don't really buy what the news reported about it. The day after he was murdered I ordered some concealable body armor, it finally ships this week nearly 3 months after ordering. It's not Kevlar, it's coated steel plate... the technology there is really coming along and for IIIa steel plates are far far cheaper than Kevlar and the added weight isn't a concern for someone of my size, I'll hardly notice the weight... just interested to see what movement is like in it.

It's almost been 18 years since the Grand Architect of the Universe took you to that house not made with hands, eternal in the heavens. It doesn't seem like it's been that long, it really doesn't.
